Alinity Divine
Alinity was included in a lawsuit filed against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch user who filed a lawsuit against Twitch seeking damages of $25 million. He claimed that the site exposed him explicit sexually explicit material from female streamers. Dexerto obtained court papers showing that the person who has previously fought Microsoft Sony Nintendo Blizzard and Blizzard has submitted a formal complaint June 15. Twitch received an official summons from the court on 19th of June. According to the complaint, which was filed at the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from multiple medical issues that make him to completely rely on the internet to get his entertainment needs, as well as being afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OC addiction that according to the complaint Twitch only makes worse. The complaint then outlined a number of female Twitch streamers and stated that they "continue to expose viewers to sexually addicting material and regularly on a daily as well as consistent basis." Alinity does not appear on the list. The complaint requests each of these streamers to be permanently barred from Twitch in violation of the Terms of Service. The complaint also demands to receive $25 million in damages, that will "be split evenly between the plaintiff, other Twitch Turbo Subscribers, and any funds left."
